Manchester City defender Aymeric Laporte is set to win a new contract.
The Daily Mail says City are in negotiations with Laporte over a new contract after a stellar first 12 months in England.
The central defender has been a near ever-present this season, playing every Premier League game and racking up more minutes than any other outfield player.
Laporte still has another four years left on the contract penned following his £57million switch from Athletic Bilbao.
Yet City have already moved to present the 24-year-old with a potential increase in wages at the behest of Pep Guardiola.
